Luna Raíz — Refund & Return Policy



At Luna Raíz, every service and product is offered with care, intention, and respect for your well-being. To maintain fairness for both clients and the practice, please review the following policies.


Appointments & Services:

All booked sessions reserve dedicated time exclusively for you.


• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice.

• Changes made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled without penalty.


If less than 24 hours notice is given:


• The session may be charged in full or deducted from a package/session pass.

• This policy allows the time to remain respected and sustainable for the practice.


If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the following clients.


No-Show Policy:

Appointments missed without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

 

Packages & Prepaid Sessions:

Packages are created to support consistent care.


• Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

• Packages may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

 

Products (Candles, Oils, Ritual Items):

Due to the nature of wellness and ritual products:


• All product sales are final.

• Returns cannot be accepted once products have been opened or used.


If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of purchase with a photo and we will gladly arrange a replacement if applicable.


Respect Policy:

Luna Raíz is a safe and respectful space for all.

Disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
