Under the Spell of These Last Moons:

Hello my dear Lunas. As my first blog post I want to talk about the most recent lunar events.

These past nights, the moon has been more than a silver lantern in the sky; she’s been a mirror.
Her light has felt heavier, almost honey-thick, pouring into every shadow, touching every part of me I thought I had neatly tucked away.

I’ve been watching her, not just with my eyes but with my whole being. She’s been shifting through phases like an old friend who knows exactly which truths to whisper. There’s been a pull — not harsh, not urgent but a deep, steady current asking for release, reflection, and renewal.

And it hasn’t just been me. My clients have been arriving with that same undercurrent in their energy. Shoulders carrying invisible weight. Hearts beating a little louder under the skin. Some spoke of restless dreams, others of sudden clarity... all threads weaving into the same tapestry of lunar influence.

In the treatment room, I could feel it. The way their bodies surrendered just a little faster under my hands. The way their breathing seemed to sync with mine, as if we were both trying to catch the same tide. The moon had loosened something in them, and all I had to do was hold the space so it could unravel safely.

For me, these days have been about softness. About allowing the moon to draw things out of me without fear. Sitting in her glow and letting thoughts drift like leaves in water. Some nights I light a candle and simply breathe, feeling her presence even through closed eyes.

The moon reminds me that cycles aren’t just in the sky  they live inside us.
We wax, we wane. We shine, we rest. And in these last nights, I’ve felt that truth more deeply than ever

🌙 A Simple Moon Ritual for These Nights

1. Find your quiet – Sit somewhere you can see the moon, or if the sky is shy, simply imagine her above you.

2. Light a candle – Let its flame be a reflection of her glow, a small echo of her presence.

3. Breathe in her light – Inhale slowly, imagining you’re drawing her silver energy into your heart. Hold it there for a moment.

4. Release what’s heavy – As you exhale, picture the weight leaving you  melting into the night, into the earth, into nothingness.

5. Seal with gratitude – Whisper thanks to the moon for holding you, for guiding you, for reminding you that you are part of the rhythm.

...Do this for as many nights as she calls you. The shifts may be subtle, but they will root themselves in you, just as the moon roots herself in the tides.
